Tree Tops Planning is managed by me, Lewis Andrews.  I am a Chartered Town Planner with over 33 years’ experience working in planning for Local Government in North Devon. This experience gives me an invaluable understanding of local planning authorities and what is required to make the complex planning system work for you.

I also have professional relationships with planning officers throughout the region as well as unrivalled contacts with architects, urban designers and technical bodies who will be needed to enable a planning application to be submitted.

 

I attended school in Bideford and therefore have a passion for the area which has been my home since childhood.
